Yes it’s a red! Bottled fermented and matured for over a year before disgorgement following the Methodè Champenoise. The perfumed nose of plum, red fruits, spice and violets, complimented by forest floor and dark chocolate aged characters are followed by a palate of dark fruits and red berry flavours balanced by savoury spice and earth with mousse, supple tannins giving a long finish.
