This vibrant Riesling has been bottle fermented for 10 months before disgorgement following traditional Methode Champenoise. A bouquet of citrus, floral and apricot hints with honeyed characters. The palate is rich with fine creamy mousse. Fine fruit flavours balanced by biscuity yeast characters and fresh acidity.

Best Drinking: 1-3 years. Cellar to 2010.
