This vibrant Riesling has been bottle fermented and matured for over 24 months before disgorgment following the traditional Methodé Champenoise. This wine for special occasions and any occasion has a bouquet of citrus, floral and apricot hints with honeyed characters. The palate is rich with a fine creamy mousse balanced by biscuity yeast characters and fresh acidity.

Best Drinking: 1-3 years. Cellar to 2010.
