First of all I wanted to let you know that I received the product yesterday and I absolutely love it. Let me tell you my story and how I came across Banalasta.

My name is Michie, and I suffer from moderate to severe acne. Four months ago I started breaking out on my face very badly and right around the same time decided to get dental braces put on my teeth (since I figured now is a better time as any time). At first I couldn’t figured out why I was having so much outbreak on my face. I exercise daily, eat right, and my stress level is minimal. Then I noticed that every time I will go to the dentist office to do the monthly adjustment on my braces the severity of my acne will get worse especially around my chin area. I finally figured out that I am allergic to the latex gloves that they used.

Unfortunately, the condition of my face is at its highest peak. On top of my acne I also have a very oily face which makes it very difficult to find the right product that will work for me. I tried everything from moisturizers, facial cleansers, spot treatments, and everything under the sun you name it and I have tried it. Days turn in to weeks and weeks turn in to months and nothing seems to work for me. One night I was on the internet searching for “natural skin care line” and that’s when I came across the Banalasta Hydrating Moisturizer. I read about it and I immediately like what I saw. Then I stumbled on this video about a girl who suffers from acne too and she highly recommends using Banalasta Hydrating Moisturizer, I knew I found what I was looking for.

Fast forward to last night when I got home I was very excited to see that the package has finally arrived. I washed my face and put on the topical cream that my dermatologist prescribed and I waited about a minute or two so my face can absorb the medicine then I applied the moisturizer and to my surprise it didn’t burn or sting me at all. It felt good on my face and the smell is great. I know this is a day moisturizer but my dermatologist told me to use a moisturizer with SPF and protection from UVA/UVB during the day since I’m using topical acne medication.

When I woke up this morning my face looks great. For the first time in a long time my face was neither red nor irritated at all. It was not flaking and it retained its moisture. I couldn’t believe it! After just using this product once and it made such a big difference. When I arrived at work I couldn’t stop talking about how great and amazing this product is. My co workers also noticed that my skin didn’t look raw at all. I think it had to do with the eucalyptus oils which are soothing to me and my battered face.

I've just ordered some more Natural Hydrating Day and Night Creams. I had been having the most awful trouble finding something to suit my skin (especially my face) - I seem to be incredibly sensitive and have had some dreadful reactions. We were "in the area" last August, popped in, browsed, learnt a lot and purchased some of your products.

Usually I am not prone to writing to companies but because I have had such a great result using your Scratch'n bite that I had to write to express my thanks.

After going away with my mates for a weeks fishing I came home with mossie and sandfly bites all over my legs. My wife kept at me to stop scratching or I would get scabs all over me. Of course I couldn't stop. She went and bought Scratch'n bite for me and bingo! No more itchiness.

I was so impressed I then read the information on the side of the package - and being a total skeptic I thought oh yes, another magic cureall.

But having tinea between the toes and having tried three other remedies without success I thought what have I to lose - so I tried it. Immediate relief from itching and then in three days the soft and peeling skin between my toes was gone, leaving everything looking healthy and me amazed.

I then went for the trifector! The stubborn fungus under my big toe nail was in my sights! You wouldn't possibly cure that too.

I have had many sun spots, basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas removed from my skin over a period of about twenty five years. I visit a skin specialist every six months and if I have less than six removals I consider that a blessing as does the specialist. I have been visiting him for about fifteen years after being referred by a plastic surgeon who thought it would be advisable if we could prevent some of the work he was doing.

I always use a moisturiser but when I found a particularly rough spot on the side of my face which seemed to be growing I thought I would try [the Natural Hydrating Day Cream] product to see if it helped at all. I was surprised to find that the rather large spot seemed to be becoming softer after only one day, and within three days it lifted and completely disappeared. There has been no trace of it since.

I discussed this with my skin specialist when next I saw him. As he was unable to find anything amiss on that side of my face he was unable to say just what had been there but I am quite happy to recommend this product to anybody to try who has problems of this sort.

I was telling you about a fungal problem which developed after I had re-potted my orchids. You suggested I try the scratch 'n bite treatment for the problem.

I must say I am absolutely delighted to tell you that my hands are almost back to normal.

The problem has been plaguing me for almost a year and I've tried many treatments - some expensive and others using basic household items. All treatments were suggested by either chemists or helpful friends. Treatments included fungal creams, oils, cold creams, pastes, etc. All the treatments still left my hands sore, cracking, red and causing me considerable distress.

I've used the Scratch 'n bite for 6 days now, both as a concentrated rub and mixed it in my moisturising cream as you suggested.

I will be sharing this information with my friends when I return to work next month as many of them now want natural treatments for themselves and their families.

From past experience I'm usually very wary of chardonnay labelled "Wooded" [Blickling 2005 Wooded Chardonnay]. The usual result is generally exceptionally unbalanced, harsh wine that has simply had oak chips added. This is different. This definately does not fit the above description. At 5 years of age, this wine is still only pale straw in color, showing no signs of age in the glass. It has a wonderful textured nose of peach and vanilla showing no reductive characters and still retains a long finish aided by medium - high acidity providing a solid structual base. This is definately a long term cellaring proposition - a description I am usually reluctant to give to Australian chardonnay. Wonderful wine and I'll definately be back for more.
